Shipping and delivery
For our delivery services, we utilize both Royal Mail and DPD to provide a range of options for our customers.

In contrast, DPD focuses on next-day delivery and provides a one-hour delivery slot on the morning of your delivery, ensuring you have a precise timeframe for when to expect your package. Additionally, DPD allows for real-time tracking of your parcel, keeping you informed throughout the delivery process.
We want to clarify that we are not responsible for orders that are outside of our control. Once a parcel leaves our store, it is in the hands of the delivery provider. While we strive to make the delivery process as smooth as possible, there can be unforeseen issues such as delays or lost parcels. In the event of a delay, there is often little that can be done. However, if your parcel is lost and you have not received it as expected, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

For DPD deliveries, the parcel will be returned to the depot, and a card will be left for you to rearrange your delivery.
